Marathon Pulp Shutdown

Marathon Pulp has announced an indefinite shutdown of its pulp plant, affecting 220 employees.
Union officials say the decision by management is disappointing, given that workers agreed to cut their pay by 12.5% in November to help the company.
The plant had also been temporarily idled for two weeks before Christmas.
