Mauro In Talks Over HAGI Wilderness Discovery Resort

Thunder Bay Atikokan MPP Bill Mauro is still in discussions with his provincial counterparts about the HAGI Wilderness Discovery Resort.
The resort’s land lease on Lake Shebandowan is set to expire and it’s worth over $800,000.
Mauro says he’s working closely with HAGI.
An online petition has been set up to try and pursuade the Ontario Government to renew a long-term lease or donate and deed the land to the non-profit organization.
HAGI serves people with disabilities and seniors in Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario.
