The firearms case involving Dryden’s Bob McGillvray continues to drag on.
He was scheduled to appear in a Brandon Court on Monday to answer 66-prohibited weapon charges resulting from his arrest at a Manitoba Gun Show last December.
The Crown’s Office says the case has been held over until June 13th.
This is the third time it’s been held over.
McGillvray will appear in Dryden Court on May 30th on similar charges.
