A preliminary hearing begins today (Thursday) for Dryden’s Bob McGillvray.
McGillvray will appear in a Brandon, Manitoba court for the two day hearing.
The Crowns Office confirms a third day has been set aside just in case.
Officials say a judge will determine if there’s enough evidence to proceed with a trial.
McGillvray has pleaded not guilty to 66-prohibited weapon charges.
He was arrested at a Brandon Gun Show in December 2010.
