Northwestern Ontario Agencies are getting $2.2-million to improve access
to mental health services.
Dryden programs will see $100,000, Red Lake $49,000, Atikokan $47,000 and Sioux Lookout $12,000.
Provincial Health Minister George Smitherman says the aim is to improve
crisis response and supportive housing and to keep those with mental health
issues out of trouble with police.
