The Ontario Police Services Board has handed down its decision on
Kenora Police Sergeant Lloyd White.
White has been demoted to first class constable and in 2-years will
be eligible for a position review.
The 43-year-old was 1 of 2 officers involved in the murder
investigation of Max Kakegamic in October of 2000 and Thursday plead guilty
to 2-counts of misconduct.
He was originally charged with 6-counts.
