Kenora’s New Directions Counselling Centre is receiving
over 1-hundred thousand dollars in funding from the
McGuinty Government.
Anita Webb is with New Directions and says they’ll use
the money to expand their programs.

The money is part of a 27.5 million dollar funding
announcement aimed at keeping mentally ill offenders out of
jail.
New Directions works with the Kenora court system, and
serves people in the Kenora and surrounding area.
