In Loving Memory of Michal Eliuk, age 70, who passed away on June 4 2009 at the Meno-Ya-Win Health Centre.
Michal is survived by his loving wife Marie, his children Teresa Larson of Atikokan, Brent of Toronto, Dori Hopko of Sioux Lookout and Pamela Spencer of Pemberton B.C. Michal is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, 3 Brothers, John, Paul and Nick and 3 Sisters Mary, Iris and Alice.
There will be no visitation, cremation has taken place.
A memorial service for the late Michal Eliuk will be held at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church on Monday June 8, 2009 at 11:00 a.m with Father Mike Mahoney officiating. Interment of ashes at a later date.
If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Sacred Heart Parish building fund or the Canadian Cancer Society through the Sioux Lookout Funeral Home, Box 1449, Sioux Lookout Ontario, P8T 1B9.
