Mike Smith issuing a statement regarding his misdemeanour domestic battery charge in LA.
The Trailer Park Boys’ actor was arrested on Friday for allegedly pinning a woman against a wall at a hotel in Hollywood.
Both Smith and the woman in the incident are saying they had a heated argument, but that nothing happened. The woman says other patrons at the hotel blew the situation out of proportion, noting there was no need for police to get involved.
Meanwhile, Trailer Park Boy’s actress Lucy Decoutere took to twitter to announce she’s resigning from the show following the incident.
