Minaki Lodge Selling?

The Minaki Lodge property could have a new owner later this year.
The court-ordered trustee handling the sale of the Lodge says a deal
to sell the historic Resort should be complete in the next 3-6 weeks.
The main Lodge was destroyed by a fire back in October of 2003.
Ernst and Young is handling the sale, but wouldn’t say how many bids
have been received.
The property has been divided into 2-parcels.
