In the wake of a series of unsolved armed robberies in Fort Frances since the fall, OPP are currently visiting town businesses to give advice on robbery prevention.
OPP Constable Caroline Spencer says the local detachment has created a pamphlet with tips on how to handle robberies.

The most recent string of three armed robberies at Sparky’s Convenience, Rainy Lake Sport and Einar’s Foods has taken place over the past week.
Constable Spencer says although the description of the suspect in each of the most recent cases seems similar, the cases are being investigated separately.
