Minaki Lodge Update

The Minaki Lodge’s mortgage, company receipts and employee contracts still need to be presented to Court before the sale of the property can go ahead.
Owner Phil Archer and the Claimants were supposed to hand over documents last month however Lawyer Rod Johansen says its difficult to get paperwork done in the summer months.
Johansen says everything should be in place by the end of the month.
The Receiver says the property’s land value, buildings and equipment is pegged at about $2.2 million.
However, the amount owed to Creditors is over $7 million.
