Local Junior Hockey players are getting acquainted with their new home communities in the Dryden and Red Lake-Ear Falls area.
Two Meet-and-Greet barbeques are being held the next two days.
Players with English River Miners will be hosting their public event Friday from 2:30 until 5:30 at West End Groceries in Red Lake.
The Dryden GM Ice Dogs are hosting a similar event Saturday from 11 until 3 at M&M Meat Shops.
It’s a chance to meet the new teams and enjoy a bite to eat.
