The English River Miners and Thunder Bay North Stars have both cracked the top 20.
The North Stars are ranked 15th, while the Miners are 16th.
The Dryden GM Ice Dogs were bounced from the top 10 and they received Honourable Mention status.
The Steinbach Pistons of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League remain number one.
