The English River Miners couldn’t solve a stifling Fort Frances Lakers defence in the SIJHL Tuesday night.
The Miners only managed 22-shots in a 5-3 loss to the defending champions.
Konnar Dechaine, Matthew O’Neill and Brandon Schaber scored for English River.
