The English River Miners have their second win of the SIJHL season.
The Miners kicked off a 6-game homestand last night with a 6-5 win over the Dryden Ice Dogs.
Newly acquired Bryson Jasper had a pair of goals including the game winner.
Taylor Bargar, Kellen MacBlain, Vincent Currao and John Morales also found the back of the net for the Miners.
Zachary Kercz, Tyson Holder, Cody Kaus, Mack Boyce and Dane Feeney replied for Dryden.
In other SIJHL play, the Thunder Bay North Stars outscored the Minnesota Iron Rangers 6-4.
