The Minister of Northern Development and Mines will be
leading a mission to Europe to promote the region’s
significant mineral sector.
Rick Bartolucci will be leaving February 19th to meet
with representatives in England, Germany and Switzerland.
The mission will include visits to London’s Alternative
Investment Market, and the London Metal Exchange.
Other stops will be in Stuttgart, Frankfurt, and Zurich.
In Zurich, Bartolucci will meet with Senior Executives
of the parent company of Xstrata Nickel.
The whirlwind promotional tour wraps up on February 23rd.
