Minister Using National Forestry Week To Discuss Future Growth

This is National Forestry Week and Natural Resources Minister Greg Rickford believes the future is bright in northwestern Ontario.
Rickford says they have been using the I-FIT program to help forest companies adjust and move forward.
The Kenora MP stresses we are seeing new mills opening and old mills starting back up.
Rickford says technology innovation has allowed this to happen and stresses they will continue to help companies move forward and diversify.
Rickford notes he’s working closely with former Blackberry CEO Jim Balsillie in technological advances.
