Prendiville Industries has been given two orders by the Ministry of Labour in connection to an incident at the Kenora Forest Products Mill.
Last Thursday, an employee got caught in a conveyer belt and seriously injured his arms.
The Ministry says it’s continuing to investigate, but it has ordered the company to put a guard on a specific piece of machinery.
There is also a stop-work order until the necessary changes are made to the machinery.
The Ministry says both orders are in progress.
