Minnesota Man Facing Smuggling Charges

A Minnesota man is facing smuggling charges in connection with a recent incident at the border in Fort Frances.
The Canada Border Services Agency says officers found a 9-mm handgun as well as a 22-calibre handgun and ammunition in a vehicle after its occupants indicated nothing to declare.
Both weapons are restricted in Canada.
The 63-year-old from Angora is to appear in Fort Frances court in May.
