A gold medal performance for the Dryden Paperkings.
The Paperkings won the Peewee hockey tournament in Kenora on the weekend with a 4-2 victory over the Thunder Bay Bearcats.
In Dryden, the Thunder Bay Current River Comets won the Atom hockey tournament.
The Dryden Blades skated away with the ‘C’ side title.
A total of 16 teams were in competition.
