Christmas Bonus Time?!

What do employees want when it comes to a Christmas bonus and what are employers willing to give?
A new survey shows 27% of Canadian employees would like a cash bonus for a Christmas treat, while 13% would opt for a pay raise.
Gift cards were only favoured by 5% and a Christmas party received only 1% support.
34% of employers stated they would give out cash bonuses, while 21% said they wouldn’t be giving out any bonus this year.
