It appears OPSEU employees could be heading to the picket line.
The 35,000 provincial government workers have given a strike mandate in response to the Wynne government’s concession demands at the bargaining table.
The union says its membership will lose various existing rights and drive down employee compensation.
Over 90% of workers including members of the Provincial Corrections Unit have voted in favour of strike action.
