A spokesperson with the Northwestern Ontario Associated Chambers of Commerce is offering a lukewarm response to the federal budget.
Charla Robinson does appreciate more money to support women entrepreneurs as well as FedNor.
However, Robinson stresses it doesn’t focus on items that will actually row the economy and has no contingency plans if NAFTA talks fail.
Robinson feels our area won’t see a lot of benefits from the budget.
