MNR Asking Hunters To Look Out For Firefighters

Today marks the start of black bear hunting season in northwestern Ontario.
The Ministry of Natural Resources is asking hunters to be extra attentive when out in the bush as firefighters may be nearby.
The MNR says watch for the orange shirts and yellow hard hats.
The fire hazard may increase in the coming days as the forecast calls for warmer weather.
The fire season officially ends October 31.
