Although the fire season has officialy come to an end, the work doesn’t
stop for the Ministry of Natural Resources.
Information Officer Debbie McLean says a number of tasks need to be
completed in the next couple of months.

Region as storm-damaged timber and dry conditions will likely pose problems
early next season.
