MNR Conservation Officer Recognized

17-Conservation Officers from across Northwestern Ontario have received Exemplary Service Medals from the McGuinty Government.
Peace Officer Dick de Groot from Dryden and Retired Officer David Lyons from Atikokan both have been handed awards for 30-years of service.
David Anderson, Don Maw, Tim Neidenbach from Red Lake as well as John Carson from Ignace and Graham Yule of Sioux Lookout were recognized for 20-years of service.
Minister of Natural Resources Donna Cansfield says these officers have demonstrated excellence and exceptional dedication to protect our resources.
