A blitz by Ministry of Natural Resources Officers has netted over $7,000 in fines.
Dryden and Sioux Lookout Officials were among those taking part in the 3 day crackdown last weekend.
The MNR says out of the 818 anglers checked, 93% abided by fishing regulations.
31 people were charged with various offenses including having too many walleye, failing to produce a license and keeping bass.
