MNR Issues Fines

Two Ignace men will have to pay up for not being totally honost.
The pair were stopped 2 months north of Ignace and when approached by an MNR Officer they denied any hunting.
However, a quick check found a gun hidden in a nearby bush.
54-year-old Greg Wallin has been handed a $750 fine for making a false statment and hunting a game bird without a license.
41-year-old Ian Hayes Sr. has been fined $250 for fibbing to the officer.
