MOH Not Pleased With New Regs

The Northwestern Health Unit feels strict regulations are needed to
ensure food remains safe at Farmers Markets, Church suppers and Service Club
fundraisers.
The Province has exempted those groups from inspection rules intended
for Restaurants and Grocery Stores.
Medical Officer of Health Dr. Pete Sarsfield says the Government has
made a grave mistake.
Church and Service Groups will be required to post a sign saying the
event has not been inspected.
