Money to Expand Adult Learning Centre in Atikokan

The Provincial Government is spending $68,000 to upgrade the Atikokan Adult Learning Centre.
The money will be used to create 60-new classroom spaces for residents looking to upgrade their skills.
The funding will accommodate more desks and computer workstations.
The money also allows the Centre to construct a new fully-equipped kitchen and a office and storage facility.
Upgrades to the washrooms as well as lighting and ventilation are also planned.
