Bruce Montague’s Constitutional Challenge of Canada’s
Firearms Act has come to a screeching halt.
Court has been adjourned for four months, after Montague
dismissed his Toronto based lawyer Calvin Martin.
The Dryden Gunsmith says they’re looking for a local
lawyer to represent the case.

Justice John Wright told Montague he wants an update
every month on his attempts to secure a new lawyer.
Montague will be in Kenora court on April 24th, for a
video conference meeting with the Judge.
