Bruce Montague’s Constitutional Challenge of Canada’s
Firearms Act has been adjourned for four months.
Montague dismissed his lawyer Calvin Martin this morning.
The Dryden area gunsmith says he spent a number of
sleepless night’s thinking about it, and felt it was
something he had to do at this point in time.

Justice John Wright told Montague he wants an update
every month on his attempts to secure a new lawyer.
Montague will be in Kenora court on April 24th, for a
video conference meeting with the Judge.
