Day Five of the Bruce Montague Constitutional Court
Challenge of the Firearms Act is expected to bring a
decision on witnesses.
Court will resume on Monday, and the Judge plans to rule
on whether or not the Crown and Defences witnesses are
experts.

deemed as experts, two are police officers who arrested
Montague back in 2004.
