Former Eaton Rugby Gunsmith Bruce Montague now faces a total of 53
Criminal Code Charges resulting from raids on his home last September.
In Dryden Court Monday afternoon it took 1 hour & 15 minutes to read
all the counts into the record with Montague asked after each one how he
wanted to proceed.
He opted for trial by Judge & Jury on all of them & Mr Justice Peter
Bishop bound him over to Superior Court in Kenora either late this month or
more likely in July.
Montague faces various chargres including firearms & explosives
posession, careless storage of firearms & posession of prohibited weapons.
His wife Donna was also bound over to Superior Court on 2 counts of
careless storage of firearms & unauthorized posession of firearms.
