Crown Attorney Peter Keen says some of the charges against former Dryden Gunsmith Bruce Montague are slam dunks and the jury has to find him guilty as charged.
Keen began his final arguments in the trial this morning.
He says the defense never disputed that ammunition from
an Uzi and other prohibited weapons were found in the secret storage room in Montague’s home.
He says there is no doubt Bruce Montague is guilty of those charges because the ammunition was readily available.
Keen is methodically going through all the charges facing
Montague.
He’s expected to wrap up his final arguments this afternoon and then Justice John Wright will give his charge to the jury before they begin their deliberations.
