Doug Christie says he will be in Toronto today at the Ontario Court of Appeal trying to get the conviction of his client on 26 of 53 firearms charges overturned.

Yesterday, Montague was sentenced to 18 months in prison, while his wife Donna received 6 months probation on the firearm charges.
Christie says he will be seeking bail for his client at the Court of Appeal so he can be free while the court case continues on.
