Moose Population Dwindles

There are fewer moose in Northwestern Ontario.
An aerial survey of the moose population in the Kenora area pegs
their number at 650.
A Ministry of Natural Resources biologist says the growing deer
population has prompted increases in both bear and wolf populations,
which are also killing calf moose.
