More Charges for Sioux Hotel

Four charges are pending against the Sioux Hotel in regards to the Municipalities Smoke-Free bylaw.
The establishment was the first to be charged under the new rules.
Mayor John MacDonald says council feels the bylaw is necessary and they will continue to stick to their guns.
The Town and the Sioux Hotel are expected to go to court in the next 2 weeks.
The Municipality has the power to fine violators $500.
