The prohibited weapons case involving Dryden’s Bob McGillvray continues to drag on with no end in site.
McGillvray wasn’t in Court Monday when the judge remanded his case until September 26th.
McGillvray or his lawyer has yet to enter a plea.
He faces 11-charges in Dryden resulting from a December 2010 arrest.
The 71-year-old also faces 66-charges in Brandon, Manitoba.
The Crown’s Office says that case has been put off until August 2nd, when he is expected to enter a plea.
