Premier Kathleen Wynne believes Ontario residents are ready to help out and welcome Syrian refugees with open arms.
Wynne is promising the logistical support to accept the refugees, noting she’s anxious to get her marching orders from the Prime Minister.
She says they are currently looking for temporary space and accommodations.
Wynne has previously stated the province would be willing to take up to 10,000 of the refugees.
Justin Trudeau will be announcing his refugee plan Tuesday.
