More help from Minnesota in dealing with that large forest fire burning near Whitedog First Nation.
13-firefighters with the state’s Natural Resource Department have joined the battle on the fire lines.
About 20-federal and state firefighters from Minnesota arrived on scene last week.
140-personnel from across Canada and the northern U.S. are now committed to the blaze, which remains at 9,100 hectares in size.
Officials say it’s not threatening the community at this time.
