The Northwestern Ontario Local Health Integration Network will benefit
from more McGuinty Government pre-election spending.
The Network will see $6.4-million to improve home care for
seniors.
The funds will be used to support various programs, groups and
individuals that provide care for seniors across the Region.
The money is geared towards a number of services such as meal delivery,
transportation, home care, walkers and scooters.
