The final long weekend of the summer is almost here!
Dryden OPP will be out in full force to ensure everyone stay’s safe
on the road and on the water.
Fortunately, no fatal collisions occurred over the long weekend
last year.
OPP in the Dryden, Ignace, Ear Falls and Red Lake Districts did issue
nearly 300 tickets for various violations including impaired driving,
speeding and not wearing a seatbelt, 3 main causes of fatal collisions in
this area.
