You may see more RIDE checks around Dryden this year.
The Dryden Police Service has received nearly 91-hundred dollars in funding from the Province to run the program, a very small hike over last year.
Acting Police Chief Kevin Glenister says he would like to see more RIDE checks during the long weekends.
City Police have traditionally put a heavy emphasis on the Christmas season.
