The clean-up of the Village Corner fire site in Vermilion Bay is underway.
Crews started demolition of the structure this morning. (Tuesday)
A fire ripped through the area landmark last Labour Day, leaving only the Casually Hip and Way North still standing.
Owners of Casually Hip and Way North plan to open a second location in downtown Dryden next month.
The owner of Village Corner says he hopes someone may be able to establish a new business on the corner of highway 17 and 105 some day soon.
