Another apparent setback for the man who is fighting the Federal Firearms Act.
Dryden’s Bruce Montague says Ontario’s Attorney General made a move September 16th to confiscate his family home to prevent him from using the equity to fund
his Supreme Court Challenge.
Although exact details aren’t known, Montague says he’s appalled by the move, noting he’s not going down without a fight.
The matter will go to Court the first week of October, while his
Firearms case will be heard again in December.
