Volunteers Recognized

It was a special day for a number of hard working and dedicated
Northerners Monday.
The Ministry of Citizenship recognized 78-local volunteers at a
Special Ceremony in Atikokan.
The Government paid special attention to Atikokan residents Gertrude
Habinski, Madge Prokopchuk, Mary Desulniers and Rose Campbell for 50-plus
years of work
10-Drydenites who donate their time with Scouts Canada, the Hospital
and the Volunteer Recruitment and Referral Centre received awards.
