Movember Efforts At Lillian Berg School

Fundraising efforts for two important causes at Lillian Berg School.
Mr. Myers Grade 7/8 students are raising money for violence against women and men’s cancer research.
Student Jacob Krassilowsky says the boys in the class are selling keys because men are the key to stopping abuse against women.
Student Harmony Holmes says the girls in the class are selling cupcakes with moustaches on them.
Teacher Drew Myers says when November is over, he will shave off half his moustache and sport the look for one day only.
He adds money raised by the boys will go to Dryden’s Hoshizaki House and the girls money will go the Movember Canada.
