MPP Speaks Out Against Privatization

In the wake of hydro deregulation and the possible sale of Hydro One, Thunder Bay-Atikokan MPP Lyn McLeod says the Ernie Eves government must stop selling off assests owned by Ontario taxpayers.
McLeod says that includes coal-generating stations in Atikokan and Thunder Bay.
McLeod says there are ways to obtain new generation and get competition into producing new electricity without selling off hydro assests.
She adds the public must continue to play a leading role in the sale of public assests.
